At Kotkan Kiinteistöpalvelu, we specialize in the maintenance and care of residential buildings and properties. Our mission is to create a more pleasant, functional, and safe living environment.Through systematic property maintenance and timely repairs, we help ensure that homes and buildings retain their value over time.
We provide property-related services with over 25 years of experience in Kotka and the South Kymenlaakso region. Our services are available for residential and commercial properties, their residents, businesses, and the public sector.
We are a local company established in 1998 and a PHM partner since 2015. PHM Group is a property services group whose mission is to care about people by taking care of their surroundings.
FORMS
You can easily contact us using forms whenever it suits you best. We process forms on weekdays during our office opening hours. If your matter requires an immediate response, please call our customer service instead of filling out a form.

PHM Digital
PHM Digital is the portal that gathers all information about your housing association or property in one place. Our customers can monitor the progress of the maintenance work, whether it is an individual service request or work included in a maintenance contract. PHM Digital also makes it possible to monitor consumption figures.
In addition to the above, the representatives of the housing company will have access to a wide range of features that facilitate the administration of the housing company, such as electronic signatures, document storage and meeting features.
