Kotkan Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy is responsible for the maintenance of housing companies and properties. Our goal is a more comfortable, functional and safer living environment. Through systematic property maintenance and repair, we ensure that homes and properties retain their value.

We offer our services in Kotka and Kymenlaakso region. We are a local company established in 1998 and a PHM partner since 2015. PHM Group is a property services group whose mission is to care about people by taking care of their surroundings.

FORMS

You can easily contact us using forms whenever it suits you best. We process forms on weekdays during our office opening hours. If your matter requires an immediate response, please call our customer service instead of filling out a form.

Service request

You can submit a service request to us using the service request form. The form is available in English, Swedish and Finnish. If your issue requires immediate response, call our emergency number.

On-call service: emergency number

If urgent assistance is needed outside our working hours (7.00-15.00), please call our emergency number 0500 607350. Our on-call service will take care of any work that, if postponed, would cause danger, damage or further damage. You get help for example in the event of water damage, to repair a broken door/window or you can ask us to unlock the door if you have lost your keys. 
 
During on-call hours, contact should always be made by telephone. Urgent on-call requests cannot be made online or by email. It is not possible to send text messages to the emergency number. The on-call number 0500 607350 is available 24/7.

PHM Digital

PHM Digital is the portal that gathers all information about your housing association or property in one place. 

  • PHM Digital is available for all our property management and property maintenance customers.
  • It includes several features that enable to keep track of property maintenance work and help to manage the housing company’s finances. Features may vary by country.
  • The service is currently in use in Finland and Sweden.

Services for residents

Want to take a day off from cleaning? Residents can order a range of extra services from us for a fee, such as electrical, renovation and cleaning services. To order, call the service number (05) 215 003.
 

Door opening fee

The door opening fee is 25€ on weekdays Mon-Fri 7-15.00, 60€ at other times. Payment by card or invoice (+5€), paper invoice surcharge additionally added. Note! The door is only opened to the person entered in the house register and the identity will be checked. Payment monitoring is done by Ropo Capital Oy.
